In Case of Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us at marketing@breathifynaturals.com within 2 days of delivery. Kindly attach:

• An unboxing video clearly showing the issue

• Images of the product and packaging

We will ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.

If You’re Dissatisfied With the Product

Order Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.

• For cancellations, email us at marketing@breathifynaturals.com or call us.

For Prepaid Orders:

If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it, but return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and will be displayed during checkout.

Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Please review the final shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order.

Replacement / Return / Refund Policy

You are eligible for a replacement only under the following conditions:

• Product was defective

• Product was damaged during transit

• Product(s) were missing (requires unboxing video)

• Incorrect product was received

Refunds

Refunds are only processed in the following cases:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable

• Product has been discontinued by the brand
